Dindigul, Tamil Nadu:
DMK treasurer M K Stalin today appeared in a local court in connection with a defamation case filed against him.
Dindigul Sessions Court Magistrate Balasundara Kumar adjourned hearing in the case to March 17.
The case is that Mr Stalin had made derogatory remarks against Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at a party fund-raising meeting here on June 6 last year.
This is the second time that Mr Stalin is appearing in court, the first was on November 25 last year, when the case was adjourned to today.
