Chennai: DMDK founder leader Vijaykanth today moved a court in Chennai seeking recall of a non-bailable warrant issued against him in a defamation case filed by Tamil Nadu government.
The court has reserved its order on the petition by Vijaykanth till Thursday.
On Monday, the court had issued the non-bailable warrant against the actor-politician after he failed to appear in response to summons and adjourned the case to July 29.
