Five killed, five injured in mishap in Tamil Nadu

Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu: Five persons, including two children, were on Friday killed on the spot and as many others injured when a car they were travelling in collided with a stationary container lorry at Soriampatti in the district, police said.

The deceased included two women, the two children and a man, they said.

The injured have been hospitalised.
