Coimbatore: The Nilgiris Mountain Rail, which resumed its service on Tuesday morning after five days, was again suspended a few hours later due to landslip on the track near Aruvangadu in Nilgiris district.
The Heritage Train service was suspended from October 23 following landslip on the track near Aderley Station.
The debris were totally cleared on Monday evening and the train left Mettupalayam at 7.10 AM on Tuesday, railway officials said.
However, following fresh landslip with boulders on the track amid rains in Aruvangadu near Coonoor, it was again suspended, they said.
