Kozhikode, Kerala: Customs officials today seized 9.50 kg of gold valued approximately at Rs 2.77 crore from a passenger, who arrived at the Karipur International Airport near Kozhikode in Kerala by a Mumbai-Calicut flight.
The gold, in the form of ornaments, was found hidden in the baggage of the passenger, who hailed from Kudagu in Karnataka, airport sources said.
