Hyderabad:
The owner of a rubber factory was arrested on Friday by the Cyberabad police in Hyderabad in connection with the fire that claimed four lives on Thursday, police said.
Kailash Chand Agarwal, the owner, has been booked for negligence.
Four workers, hailing from Bihar, died in the fire which broke out at Agarwal's factory on Thursday morning.
Fire officials said that a preliminary probe suggested that leakage from a pipeline supplying hot liquid chemical resulted in the fire.
