Hyderabad:
YSR Congress chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the prime accused in the case of alleged quid-pro-quo investments involving his companies, today appeared before a special CBI court in Hyderabad.
Former Andhra Pradesh Ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao, both accused in the case, also appeared before the court.
It was for the first time Mr Reddy appeared before the court after his release on bail.
The court had granted him conditional bail last month and directed that he should present himself before the court during the proceedings in the case.
The case relates to investments made by various companies in Mr Reddy's firms as quid quo pro for various favours bestowed on them during the tenure of his father YS Rajasekhara Reddy as Chief Minister between 2004 and 2009.
