Puducherry: The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in Puducherry will, on June 1, release the result of the entrance exam held at the all India level for selection of students to first MBBS course for academic year 2012-2013.
Seventy five per cent of the 40,000 candidates had appeared for the entrance test in various parts of the country on May 27.
The institute has 145 seats in the first MBBS course and evaluation of answer sheets was now in progress, JIPMER sources said.
