Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, who was admitted to Medical College Hospital at Kottayam following complaints of uneasiness, has been discharged.
The Chief Minister was discharged from hospital today and would reach his official residence later in the day, the Chief Minister's office spokesperson said.
He would chair the weekly Cabinet meeting in Thiruvananthapuram tomorrow, the spokesperson added.
Doctors attending on Mr Chandy at the hospital had said his condition was stable.
The 70-year-old Chandy, who was at his home town of Puthuppally in Kottayam district, yesterday felt uneasiness and was taken to the hospital, sources said.
