Kochi: A residential complex for housing about 40 retired Naval officers is coming up at Thottuva near Perumbavoor in Ernakulam district.
The Foundation stone for the complex was laid by Vice Admiral RP Suthan, PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd), The President of the Navy Foundation Kerala Charter in the presence of Rear Admiral SY Shrikande, Chief Staff Officer, Headquarters, Southern Naval Command, Kochi, a Defence press release said.
