Kerala Tourism has won an award at the Prague International Advertising Festival (PIAF) for its print campaign, 'Your Moment is Waiting'.
It won the bronze in the category of the state as an advertiser, a Tourism Department release stated.
In other categories, the awards were bagged by world's leading companies like German car manufacturer Volkswagen, consumer goods giant Unilever and American confectionery conglomerate Kraft Foods.
Kerala Tourism's recognition in Prague comes close on the heels of a dozen awards for its 'Your Moment is Waiting' film campaign, including three gold medals awarded by Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).
"This is a rare honour. It is a recognition of the hard work put in by the Kerala Tourism in managing brand Kerala and devising timely marketing strategies," said Kerala Tourism Minister AP Anil Kumar.
The winners were chosen by a jury of experienced advertising professionals, representatives of advertisers, marketing specialists and creative professionals.
'Your Moment is Waiting' print campaign was shot by renowned photographer Prabuddha Dasgupta and conceptualised and created by Stark Communications PrivateLimited.
