
Hyderabad:
A delegation led by State Minorities Welfare Minister Mohammed Ahamadullah on Friday met Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy demanding maximum compensation to the victims of communal violence in Sangareddy town last week.
Mr Ahmadullah along with Member of Legislative Councils Peer Shabbir Ahmed and Farooq Hussain on Friday submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister requesting his intervention in rehabilitating the traders whose makeshift shops were damaged in the violence, a press release said.
The Chief Minister has assured the delegation of extending every possible help to the affected families for their rehabilitation, it added.
