Bangalore: The special Lokayukta Court on Saturday ordered a probe against former Karnataka Advocate General B V Acharya and four others on a private complaint alleging irregularities in an educational trust.
Judge N K Sudhindra Rao directed the Lokayukta police to submit a report on the investigations on May 23.
Besides Acharya, Trustee of BMS Educational Trust, others named in the complaint filed by one Venkateshaiah are H U Talwar, B S Ragini Narayan, P Dayananda Pai and Vijay Gore. All of them are also members of the Trust.
