Chennai:
A 24-year-old man was detained on Monday at the domestic air terminus in Chennai when security officials found three bullets in his bag, police said.
Munesh of Hyderabad, who reported at the Kamaraj Domestic terminal here to board a flight to Hyderabad, was found to be in possession of three 2.2 mm bullets, they said.
During interrogation, Munesh said the bullets belonged to his grandfather, who was an ex-serviceman, and he was keeping them as his memory, they said.
