Namakkal:
A 28-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a teenaged-girl at an orphanage near Namakkal, police said today.
Police said the man, who is married, was the son of the couple running the orphanage for girls and boys.
The girl was found crying at the bus-stand here and passers-by took her to the all women-police station following which a case was registered under IPC section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty).
He was arrested and remanded to 15 days judicial custody yesterday, police said.
