Mangalore:
Union Corporate Affairs Minister Veerappa Moily today criticised the Karnataka government for not "taking" precautionary measures to combat drought situation prevailing in the North Karnataka districts.
Talking to newsmen here, he said that though the Centre had released 129 crores to the state government, it has not been utilised properly.
Now the state government had approached the Centre instead of utilising the already released amount under different schemes, he said.
