One killed, two injured in fireworks godown explosion

Madurai: A woman was killed and two others injured in an explosion at a fireworks godown in a village near Madurai on Saturday, police said.

Electrical leakage was suspected to have caused the explosion at the godown in T Kallupatti, police said.

The two injured have been hospitalised.
