Kochi: RSS has passed two resolutions on alleged radicalisation of Muslim youth and management of land borders in Kerala on the second day of the National Executive Meeting being held in Kochi.

The resolution cites the example of 'Kashmir Recruitment Case' in which men from Kerala were found involved in terror attacks in Kashmir. It states that it is becoming "evident that large scale training of Muslim youth with weapons and export of terror to other states is rampant in Kerala".

RSS Spokesperson Dattatreya Hosabale condemned the alleged appeasement policy of the state and union government, and demanded a ban and stringent measures against organisations like Popular Front of India.

Talking about Rahul Gandhi's recent comment on youth from Muzafarnagar being contacted Pakistani agencies, Mr Hosabale said, "If ISI is behind training youth from Muzafarnagar in terror-related activities, then why is the government silent and not taking any action on the basis of what its own people are speaking".

The resolution slammed the UDF government for its alleged pro-Madani stand and for its refusal to hand over the Marad Massacre to CBI. Madani has been accused of terrorist acts in the 1998 Coimbatore blast case, and the Marad Massacre case relates to the instance where eight Hindus were allegedly killed by a Muslim mob.

Expressing concern about improper border management, the RSS resolution stated that the villages along the 4057 Kms along the sensitive Bharat- Tibet border were severely neglected.

When asked about Narendra Modi's comment on the need for more toilets than temples, the RSS spokesperson said that it was not an issue of priority, and Indians needed both.
