A 45-year-old teacher has been arrested for allegedly attempting to rape a 10-year-old girl student, police said today.
The incident occurred on December 30 after school hours, when the fifth standard student had gone to the toilet.
The parents of the girl had complained to the authorities of the school at Vazhakkad in the district, and they informed police, they said.
