Chennai: A suspected explosive device has been found under the personal car of Union Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office, V Narayanasamy, parked outside his Puducherry residence.

A member of the Minister's staff alerted the police. Pucherry's police chief P Kamaraj told NDTV, "We called in the bomb squad and moved the vehicle away from the minister's residence.
