Hyderabad: Gujarat's "best practices" pertaining to counselling for women in distress are set to be replicated in Telangana, where Kerala's "She Taxi" system is also proposed to hit the roads.

He also studied the '181' helpline which provides counselling for women in distress, and the concept of "One Stop Crisis Centre".
Mr Sharma visited Gujarat after the second meeting of the Committee to deliberate various issues relating to safety and security of girls and women in Telangana. At the meeting, it was decided to send a team to Gujarat (headed by Mr Sharma) and another led by Sowmya Misra, Home Secretary, to Kerala to study "She Taxi" system run by women drivers.
