Thousands of devotees all over Tamil Nadu and Kerala participated in the 'Aavani Ther (Car) festival of Sri Senthil Andvar Swamy temple in Tamil Nadu and pulled the car chanting.
The car festival, part of the Avani festival in the Tamil Month of Avani, was inaugurated by P. Tha.Kottai Manikandan and Joint Commissioner R.Ganasekar.
The decorated car left the temple at 6.05 AM and came back at 8.50 AM.
The ten 10 day festival ended today.
