Erode:
Three persons were arrested on Monday and tiger skin, among other articles, seized from them, forest officials said.
One of the arrested was a Chennai-based engineering graduate.
The three were standing with a bag at the Kanjikoil road junction on the Coimbatore-Salem National Highway road when forest officials on patrol duty became suspicious and checked their bag.
Besides the tiger skin, the skin of two pythons was also recovered.
