Chennai: Two people were killed in Chennai on Wednesday morning when a building collapsed in a residential area in Chennai. Three to four others are believed to have been trapped inside the debris of the building.
The building was situated in the busy Triplicane area of the city. Rescue teams have been pressed into service, police and fire officials said.
Efforts were on to rescue the people trapped in the building, the sources said.
