Tiruchirapalli:
A woman allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison after killing her two children by feeding them pesticides mixed with fruit near Tiruchirapalli, police said yesterday.
Police said the woman's husband left home following a quarrel two days ago.
The woman, who was dejected, took the children to a nearby garden and allegedly gave them pesticide granules mixed with fruit yesterday, police said.
While the woman and her seven-year-old daughter died last night, her five-year-old son died today in hospital, police added.
