The Kapurthala-pro ended his campaign with a total of five-under 283.
It was a subdued start to the proceedings as Bhullar parred five holes before picking up his first birdie on the sixth. He gained another stroke on the eighth to make the turn two-under.
And it remained two-under after Bhullar dropped a bogey on the 10th and found a birdie on the 18th for the third successive day in his backward journey.
Dane Thomas Bjorn clinched the title by five strokes after a 68 in the final round left his overall total at an astonishing 23-under 265. Australian Richard Green (70) took the second spot.
