New Delhi:
Olympic and World 100mts champion Usain Bolt has apologised to his fans in India for his decision to skip the Commonwealth Games which will be held in New Delhi from 3rd October to 14th October.
Bolt who would have participated in the Games as part of the Jamaican team said that the timing didn't suit him as he needed to get ready for the World Championships in 2011 and Olympic Games in 2012.
He further said that he hoped that he would one day be able to make up for it by participating in India again.
Initially there was confusion over his participation but later his agent made it clear that it would not be possible for Bolt to make his debut in the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi.
