Indian lifters fetched one gold and one bronze in weightlifting at the National Sport Gymnasium complex.
Omkar Otari earned India the gold, while Rustam Sarang bagged the bronze in the men's 62kg weight category. Pakistan's Mohammad Istiaq Ghafoor claimed the silver medal.
The trio lifted 258 kgs each but Omkar, who weighs 61.30kg, topped on basis of his body-weight.
Earlier, Indians had disappointment in store in the 56kg men's category as V Srinivas was disqualified.
Sri Lankan Kamal Bandara got the gold, while Akramul Haq (Bangladesh) and Ghafoor Adullah (Pakistan) took silver and bronze respectively.
No Indian took part in the men's 69kg category where Sri Lanka and Pakistan bagged the gold and silver respectively.
