Mumbai: Ecstatic at India's World cup winning feat after 28 years, superstar Shahrukh Khan, an ardent cricket fan, has said that the tattoo on his hand depicting alphabet 'D' would now mean 'Dhoni'.

King Khan sports the 'D' tattoo on his right hand, as a part of the look for Farhan Akhtar's upcoming action-thriller film Don 2: The Chase Continues.

But with Mahendra Singh Dhoni's men beating Sri Lanka in the World Cup final last night, Shah Rukh said the tattoo would now mean 'Dhoni'.

"Thank you team India. I am very happy and proud of the Indian team. We have been waiting for this moment since 1983. The 'D' tattoo on my hand would now change from 'Don' and mean 'Dhoni'," Shahrukh said, talking to media on Saturday night.

Like several fans, Shahrukh celebrated India's World Cup victory last night shouting from the roof of his car and waving the tricolour.

"I am too happy. I congratulate Sachin... and my love for Gautam and the entire team. Chak De India," Shahrukh said.

Shahrukh was keen to watch the match at Wankhede, but he suffered a hairline toe fracture while shooting, which stopped him from cheering for Dhoni's men at the stadium.
