Guangzhou: A second medal eluded India in the swimming competitions of the Asian Games as its men's 4x100m medley relay team finished a disappointing sixth in the finals at the Asian Games here today.
The quartet of Rehan Poncha, Sandeep Sejwal, M Badrinath (who replaced Virdhawal Khade in the finals) and Aaron D'Souza clocked 3:52.97s.
Japanese team bagged gold medal by clocking 3:34.10 while team from South Korea claimed the silver with a timing of 3:38.30 followed by Kazakhstani tean which managed 3:40.55.

Even though Divase won one of the heats in men's 1500m freestyle with a timing of 16:11.84s but he failed to be among eight fastest swimmers who made it to the final.
