His image shattered, disgraced golfer Tiger Woods reportedly had one of his teeth smashed by wife Elin when she discovered the sordid details of his several extra-marital affairs on the night of his car crash.
According to a report in 'The Sun', Elin threw a mobile phone at Tiger after confronting him over a reported affair with one of the several women that have now come out in open to tell all.
"Shamed Tiger Woods is in hiding after one of his teeth was broken when furious wife Elin hurled a mobile phone at him, it emerged last night. Elin 'went psycho' during their blazing row over his affairs on the night he crashed his car," the British tabloid reported.
The 29-year-old former nanny married the billionaire golfer in 2004. The couple has a daughter Sam (2) and son Charlie (10 months) from the marriage.
So far, 12 women have claimed to have had affair with Tiger, who has also confessed to "personal sins". But despite the massive furore, Elin doesn't plan to divorce the embattled golfer.
"...while Elin is devastated by the alleged infidelities, she does not plan to file for divorce," the report said.
"She is a child of a divorce and that's not something she's likely to going to want to do to Sam and Charlie. She believes in the importance of parents staying together," a friend of Elin was quoted as saying.
