A law student was attacked with acid by an unknown person in Srinagar today.
The 21-year-old woman was injured in her eye and face and is in critical condition, the police said, adding that she was attacked in Nowshehra locality of Srinagar.
"The woman has been shifted to Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura where doctors have described her condition as critical," a senior police officer told IANS.
"A manhunt has been started to nab the culprits...," the officer added.
