12 Lakh Robbery

Four people, including a woman, allegedly held a girl hostage and looted Rs 12 lakh from a house in central Delhi's Chandni Chowk area, police said on Saturday.

The Delhi Police's Crime Branch is probing the Rs 12 lakh robbery of a cash collection van in Rohini last week, in which the two custodians of the van were also shot dead by unidentified assailants, the police said today.

Passengers who travelled on a Rajdhani train from Mumbai to Delhi have complained that they were drugged and robbed of around Rs 12 lakh cash.
