Videocon Telecommunications is planning to file a compensation claim of over Rs 10,000 crore against the government after the CBI court acquitted all accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case, news agency PTI reported today quoting an unnamed company source.

"We have carefully perused the review petition and the record of the case," said the apex court.

Out of the total exposure of Rs 14,345 crore, only Rs 2,888 crore given to big companies, including Idea Cellular, Tata Telecom, Uninor and Videocon, is unsecured.
