US Air Force Invites Hackers to Break-in to Its Satellite in Orbit

The event, known as Hack-A-Sat will take place in August. In the event, the registered hackers will have to show their abilities by hacking a test satellite kit after which the finalists will be chosen. They will have the opportunity of going against an in-orbit satellite. The winning team will be awarded a sum of $50,000.
