Imran, a sack dealer in Jaipur, had bought a sack full of old newspapers from someone. But when he checked the content of the sack, he also found more than 2,000 unique identity cards or Aadhaar. He immediately contacted the police. The police said that a parcel carrying Aadhaar cards might have been misplaced.
