'Dead' Activist Found Living With Another Woman, Arrested For Murder

A Right to Information Activist believed to have been killed in a car fire three months ago has now been arrested for murder. Chandra Mohan Sharma, a married man who was also a member of the Aam Aadmi Party, allegedly faked his own death to live with another woman.

Prominent citizens of Bangalore are sorely disappointed at what they call the low voter turnout in the city in the general elections held on Thursday. The three seats in Bangalore city recorded a 54 per cent voter turnout. In 2009, the turnout was 58.81 per cent.
