Buoyed by its massive victory in the Delhi assembly polls, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to contest local body elections across the country as part of an ambitious plan to expand its presence beyond the national capital.

Aam Aadmi Party is planning to contest the next Assembly elections in Rajasthan and also expand its presence in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat, announced Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia.
