The formal rolling out of common mobility card scheme and the multi-functional transport app has been delayed due to a "tussle" between Delhi transport minister and the department's top officer, an official claimed.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Government announced its plan to roll-out 1000 fully-electric buses in Delhi during the 2018-19 fiscal year. The announcement came as a part of the new budget presented to the Delhi assembly today by the APP government, which also promised to create a comprehensive electric vehicle policy for the national capital.

If things go according to plan, one can track the Delhi government's schemes, projects and proposals through a mobile app from October.
