Supreme Court's New Rules for Reviewing Its Decisions on Death Row Prisoners

The Supreme Court today in a landmark judgement has ruled that review petitions for prisoners on death row will be heard in an open court. So far, all appeals challenging the death penalty given to a prisoner have been decided in the chambers of judges.
