The Central Bureau of Investigation or CBI gave a clean chit today to Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in the Adarsh Housing Society scam. The agency informed the Bombay High Court that there is no evidence to suggest Mr Shinde during his tenure as Maharashtra Chief Minister abused his position as a public servant.
