Close to 1,000 passengers were in a train that rolled on for nearly 10 km without its engine in Odisha on Saturday night. After 22 coaches of the Ahmedabad-Puri Express got detached from the engine and sped backwards for miles before being stopped, seven railways officials were suspended for lapses that led to the freak accident.
