Nvidia launched a lightweight Artificial Intelligence (AI) model on Thursday for India's widely-used Hindi language. Nvidia is rolling out its new small language model, dubbed Nemotron-4-Mini-Hindi-4B, with 4 billion parameters, for firms to use in developing their own AI models.

The final rules, which target outbound investment to China in AI, semiconductors and microelectronics and quantum computing, are likely to be released with the next week or so.
