Amid recent incidents of unruly passenger behaviour, Air India has modified its in-flight alcohol service policy wherein cabin crew have been told to tactfully refuse further serving of alcohol if needed.

The Delhi High Court sought the police's response on an anticipatory bail plea of Air India pilot Captain Arvind Kathpalia in a case of alleged violation of aircraft rules and tampering with evidence.

The Delhi Police has filed an FIR against Air India's head of operations Captain Arvind Kathpalia and aviation regulator DGCA's Joint Director General Lalit Gupta for alleged violation of aircraft rules, an official said today.
