Union minister and BJP leader Ram Shankar Katheria today accused the Congress of "misleading" people and "defaming" RSS through "cheap politics" a day after UPCC chief Nirmal Khatri was booked for allegedly sharing a photograph of an RSS worker on Facebook that claimed that the latter was being beaten up for robbing Chennai flood victims.
