A day after she was heckled by Left student activists in front of the Planning Commission in New Delhi, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said that the national capital "is not safe." Ms Banerjee will be flying back to Kolkata this afternoon. Her Finance Minister Mr Mitra is currently in a hospital in Delhi.
