Amitabh Bachchan updated his fans about his health in a series of tweets. He wrote: Ok on the rib front, just back from CT Scan, rib is damaged. Will take time to heal, all else well. Big B was injured while shooting for upcoming film TE3N in Kolkata

"I injured myself last night at a shoot. Just when I recovered from a chest infection, this happened. No. Nothing to worry. I have injured my rib cage. It pains and so when I breathe it hurts. I am doing ice pack and pain killers. I have spoken to my doctor," wrote Big B on his blog
