A man suspected to be Bitti Mohanty, a rape convict on the run for over six years, was today brought from Alwar to Jaipur, where the Rajasthan Police hopes to get his custody. Another police team, from Kerala, is in Odisha to check Bitti Mohanty's records and question his father and senior IPS officer BB Mohanty.
