Bihar to appeal against Bathani Tola massacre case verdict

The Bihar Government will file an appeal in Supreme Court against the Patna High Court order acquitted all 23 accused in the Bathani Tola Massacre case, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Tursday. A divison bench of the Patna High Court, on April 16, had acquitted all accused who were serving sentence granted by a district court in the case.
