The Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) today filed a charge sheet against seven people, including three juveniles, in connection with the death of 19-year-old Northeast student Nido Tania, son of an Arunachal Pradesh MLA, and said the victim was killed after an altercation over breaking of a glass counter.
